Like the M2480D, the Marr 1680D Heavy Lift Luffing (HLL) crane evolved from the growing demand for heavy lift tower cranes in the construction industry. With the pressure of increasingly tight construction programs, the M1680D has addressed the cost and efficiency issues associated with traditional methods of construction and heavy lifting in confined areas.
Fitted with the high-speed 50 tonne hoist winch, the M1680D can carry a 90-meter radius boom with a freestanding hook height of over 170 meters. And like all our cranes, the M1680D can also be rail-mounted if site travel is required.
